Terms of Service

These terms govern the parcel forwarding service SILLE provides between China and Albania. This is a placeholder to be replaced by the final legal text.

The service

SILLE receives parcels at its Shenzhen warehouse, consolidates them, ships them to Albania and releases them at a pickup point after identification.

Pricing

Shipping is charged per chargeable kilogram at the rate published in the app. The price shown before weighing is an estimate; the final price is set when the parcel is weighed in China and never changes afterwards.

Customer obligations

Customers must complete their profile, declare each parcel truthfully and pay the shipping fee on pickup. Customs duties, when applicable, are the customer's responsibility.

Liability

SILLE is liable for parcels from the moment of registered receipt at the China warehouse until pickup, up to the declared value.
