What we collect

Name, nationality, identification number, contact details and address — required by customs for cross-border shipments — plus your parcel and shipment records.

How we protect it

Data is stored with row-level access control so only you and authorised SILLE staff can read your records. Identification numbers are masked everywhere in the interface.

Sharing

We share only the minimum required with carriers and Albanian customs authorities. We never sell personal data.

Your rights

You can view and correct your data in the app and request deletion of your account by contacting support.
