How do I use my SILLE ID?
Add your SILLE ID to the recipient line of the China warehouse address so we can match the parcel to your account automatically.
When is my price final?
When your parcel is weighed at the China warehouse. The rate used is snapshotted at that moment, so later rate changes never affect it.
How do I pay?
The shipping fee is paid when you collect the parcel at your SILLE pickup point.
What if the parcel arrives without my ID?
Our warehouse logs it as unidentified. Contact support with the tracking number and we will assign it to your account.
